They worked my boy in even tho they were booked. He has much astigmatism and they are the first ones to get him glasses that he can see with. Dr Alexander is so very nice. "Dr. Alexandra is awesome, and is great with children. All my grandkids go there & are never scared & the staff makes them so comfortable. "First doctor I have found in years that I really like. I will be going back. I just have to elaborate a little more about my experience with Family Vision Center. I have NEVER been able to wear contacts and always wanted to so badly. I just assumed that I wasn't meant to wear them. Dr. Alexander changed all that. She listened to me about past experiences and when I told her I was sensitive to certain materials she didn't fit me in them anyway "just see for herself" like the last one did. I am now wearing contacts and I love it!!!! She has such a great personality and was really cares about her patients. I am telling everyone I know how awesome she is!"Bree Gardner
"Dr. Alexander is the BEST! She has seen both my husband and I, as well as two of my children. She has led us all in different directions regarding our eye sight. My husband couldn't be happier with his Lasik surgery (he was referred by Dr. Alexander to a wonderful Lasik doctor in Dallas). I am wearing new glasses, as well as sunglasses, that Dr. Alexander's fabulous staff helped me pick out. One of my kids is happy that he found out his eyes are "perfect". My other son found out he needed reading glasses and Dr. Alexander went out of her way to check on him and make sure his new glasses were working for him and that he was comfortable wearing them when reading. Dr. Alexander and her staff took the time with each of us to make sure that our specific needs and wants were met and that we felt comfortable and a part of our vision care throughout the whole exam and glasses experience.
